Last updated: May 5, 2026
These Terms of Service describe the rules for using DebtPlan.me's educational payoff planning tools.
Educational use disclaimer
DebtPlan.me provides payoff planning tools and insights, not financial, legal, tax, debt settlement, credit repair, or investment advice. Results are estimates and may vary.
Accuracy disclaimer
Projections depend on the information you provide, including debt balances, APRs, minimum payments, income, expenses, available cash, and extra payment assumptions. APRs, fees, required payments, balances, income, and expenses may change. Estimates are not guarantees.
User responsibility
By using DebtPlan.me, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current information.
- Reviewing recommendations and plan details before acting.
- Making final financial decisions independently.
- Confirming payment amounts, due dates, balances, and APRs with your lenders.
Payment terms
DebtPlan.me may offer Standard and Advanced plans. Paid plans are accessed through secure token links after checkout and validation. Plan access may expire after the configured access period. Refund and support handling will be provided through the Contact Us form.
No guarantee
Your results may vary. Payoff timing, interest paid, affordability, and savings may change if your inputs, payment behavior, lender terms, fees, or account balances change.
AI usage disclosure
AI may assist in summarizing findings, explaining the plan, creating preview wording, or reviewing the calculated outputs. The payoff calculations remain the primary source, and AI does not change payoff math, first debt selection, payment amounts, savings, or timelines.
